Great place to stay and we decided to have staycation here three of us. We have toddler aged 2 years old, and she was very happy as she had a great stay with plenty of facilities available. Highly recommended for family with kids. And the restaurant, close to the swimming pool, named "Damar", offer various menu, from Indonesian, Asian, Western cuisine with great taste.

Amazing place. With private pool. So relaxing

It has a magnificent green and mountain view which is much needed for a city getaway. Weather was just right, sunny but not that hot. Wide park area with many options for activities. The room is pretty standard but the view from balcony is awesome. The pool is very big and nice but you can see a bit of greenish algae. Breakfast was good with many varieties. It was awesome staying at LGE, cold weather and fully morning fog, large pool and beautiful landscape occupied. Room was clean and big, for elderly you can choose lodge near pool for avoid more distances from resto. Breakfast need improve, but pretty sure they will be. They have tropic fruit trees & more flower plant. Thank you LGE...

I have an awesome staycation's experience here. The room was spacy enough, clean and comfortable. Location was good, have a nive and cool air, also beautiful scenery that I really enjoy and great ambience for staycation. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. If there's something that need some improvement is their Wifi and their Food. Wifi is not working while I stayed. And for the food, even though they have various menu for breakfast, the taste was so so. The only one that taste good is their omelette and sausages, the rest of foods really need improvement for their taste. I definitely will come back to Amanuba for another staycation ^

Good service, recommended banget

The area is awesome, a lot of instagramable spot, vine restaurant is good but take a long time for check-in. The place is also for public visitor so it will be crowded in the weekend, kids swimming pool is not clean, AC not too cool & if need hot water in the morning we must call receptionist. Need lots of to improve but my family enjoy stayed there.

It's all average. I stayed 2 nights with my family, got Ruby 7 right in front of pool. AC is OK, swimming pool is OK, our room is spacious, big bed, sofa, hot water for shower, it has mini fridge too that is quite useful. But we got no toiletries, no towels, no doormats on the bathroom, TV was broken, wifi was sucks, and no extra pillow as my special request that I write when I booked the room until I repeatedly asked for it (I used my dirty cloth as doormat cause I need it in the bathroom, toiletries doormat and towels was delivered after I asked, and had to pay Rp10,000.- for my extra pillow which is OK I don't really mind about it). There are no slippers in this room. Bathroom window's frame is eaten by termites, dirty mirror, windows and front door was a bit dirty too I can see it clearly since those are made of glass, even my older daughter found a big dead cockroach on the corner. They provide kettle but no cups available (there is phone on the room but no description which number is what so I asked directly to receptionist. They told me to asked to the restaurant, and no one there so I took 2 cups by myself from the desk). On the second day we left after breakfast, I asked them to clean our room. They said they need our room key so I gave it. But when we got back on the evening, our room is still uncleaned. The housekeeper came to clean our room an hour after I complained. While we stayed 2 nights, the electricity went out 2 times. Breakfast was so-so. Services and cleanliness should be improved, it could be better than this. And the room should be renovated soon. The bathroom light is too dark it feels a bit scary. After all, thank you and hopefully it'll get better in the future.

Good hotel with affordable price and great hospitality. Delicious breakfast. But some minor issue need improvement such as provide towel services at pool area, increasing lighting at corridors and toilet. Overall good. Thank you 👍🏼

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location

Love the room, the view, the food (except breakfast menu) and when we checked out they gave us fresh vegetables to bring home with.
