The most important thing is Neo hotel provides standard healthy protocol due to covid19. The room very comfy, very warm front officer and security also. The hotel was in a strategic location. The room was clean, they provided free water in dispenser in every single water. Cold water when you need it. That 's the best. The food is delicious but don't go to late to get breakfast. The second day we ate breakfast about 9 am and most of the food was gone and they don't refill them. One more thing, it is near train station. The positive part about it, you can access the train to go the airport easily from it. However, the negative part, the train can be noisy at night for light sleeper like me.

The room is to much noises of the air condition facilities outside the room, and less of bottle water in the room, or still use plastic bottle rather than refill safe drinking water.

For location it 's quite far from city centre (malioboro). Kind of hard to find foods nearby too since it 's in the middle of residential and government district. Cons:- the towel really got a lot of feathers that will stick to your body. Don't know whether it 's the towel characteristic or is it because of the washing method.- aircon is either very cold or not cold.- not soundproof. I can hear the baby 2 rooms across me crying at midnight.- breakfast is a duhh. Can't expect more though with the hotel price include breakfast during lebaran. Pros:- quiet neighbourhood.- refill water near the lift on every floor.- staffs are very polite and helpful.
