Being in the service industry the attitude of one of the front desk ladies was very unprofessional. We paid breakfast for 2 days but on the 2nd day we could not make it as our flight was too early. We tried to seek some option from her but was sternly replied with a 'no' 'no' answer while citing it is our problem and refusing us to have a conversation with the manager. Instead after 'a while' her colleague came forward and offered an alternative. In addition, breakfast of certain food was stopped before the closing time - 9.30am on the 1st day. The above incidents spoiled our short stay in this hotel.
