Hotels in Sentul

Have bad smell, can't sleep from very bad smell. Bathroom very slippery.

Need improvement in cleanliness. Balcony door need to be repaired.

The breakfast tast and variety need to be improved 😌.

Nice hotel, clean area at room and other facilities, however need parking area space.

The hotel is kids friendly 🩷 all services is good definitely will back again.

I had a pleasant time here for short escape with my husband 🤍. The front officer was nice and processed the check in very seamless (at 2.30 pm, I was already in the swimming pool). Unfortunately, I forgot her name because she didn't use her name tag. The hotel gave us free voucher for buffet dinner (because I installed the hotel app?). I had a room with pool access so it made me easier to go to the pool anytime and do the things after swimming. The room was quite spacious, the AC and the water heater worked very well, and the amenities was an OK. The room cleanliness was an OK too. But, at the first time I reached our room, there's still an extra bed leaned on the wall and some dirty dishes exactly in front of the door. In the morning, we had some peaceful walks at the jogging track with lake view and we also met cute gooses do their business there. Then we tried to workout at the gym and ended up with catching some morning sunshine at the public balcony while watching the one of event held for kids. The happiest moments was enjoying the meals in the restaurant, either on dinner or on breakfast. The meals was very tasty and the meals variety was quite much. Mas Gaga, the waitress at our dinner, was very helpful in serving us; Including gave us some meals recommendations even though it was a buffet dinner. I think I'll be back to stay insyaAllah with the other family members because this hotel was very suitable for family stay, especially family with little kids. Then, the point very-plus, the hotel isn't far away from where I live, Tangerang. Thank you, Aston Sentul!

Worth it dgn harga segitu. Kamar lumayan luas. Makanan lumayan enak dan termasuk murah. Kalo dibilang rekomendasi gak. Ya bisa la utk direkomendasikan.

It was a perfect place to have a short staycation. The staffs were friendly and helpful. However, when we were arrived at 19.00 during heavy rain, the front gate security didn't allow us to drop our things in the lobby because we rode a motorbike. He demanded us to park to the open parking lot rightaway, so we should unpacked the stuffs under the rain. I was so disappointed at that time. I hope next time Neo+ (especially the security) could treat bikers the same as those who came with car.
