Thank you for the hospitality and for letting me check in earlier at 12pm instead of 2 pm. The front office staff was helpful and also waitress who delivered breakfast to the room was nice. Definitely will back soon.

A hotel with good location and services. During this pandemic we know that it's hard to keep the hotel still on their best performance, but yello hotel paskal can do that! The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

We stayed at Ibis for wedding celebration and the staff makes extra efforts to decorate the room for the happy couple, they really pleased with their room and able to fully rested. The hotel location is perfect for The Sunday Market (Pasar Tumpah) so it will be good to do some browsing.

You get what you paid. I got my room in the corridor so I didn't have any view. I only had one night stay there though. The plus point is the location, it is really strategic. You can do you morning walk/jogging at the Braga street with a lot of cute cafes

Man, everything was good until I request 2 mineral water, the service team asked for rp 20k to pay-which I don't have it. During check-out time I told them I requested 2 mineral water and they said it 's complimentary. β otherwise other than this, it 's quite comfy to stay in here.

For the rates that app gave, it's just fair. But for us to stay here again? Nah, I don't think so. The staffs just too strict and afraid to lose things and or jobs. They don't want to give another keycards even when I was willing to gave them another deposit money. When I borrowed spoon, they remind me guests want to borrowed whole set of food utensils, they have to charge it. Lot's of tiny cockroaches inside the room just enough to gave us horrible night. The exterior and swimming pool was nice though. But again, the staff in pool area also not willing to help to give access to our floor, even lied about things. Nicely done
