the room is spacious and clean, there are 4 pillows on the bed, hot water works very well, the swimming pool is small but enough. there are also playground and some restaurant around. I got early check in smoothly.

Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

It was a pleasant stay at holiday inn pasteur. Fast dan convenient check in and check out process. Room is clean and all the amenities is complete. Nice staff, okay breakfast. All the food is served by staff and not in buffet style, thumbs up for the protocol.

We went there for a company retreat which just nice that the Family Caravan provides 2 bedrooms and a living room that very useful for our private sessions. The Caravan is looking brand new, very clean, hot shower is available, the scenery is refreshing, and definitely the slanting outdoor lift is stunning with gorgeous view!

The hotel is located in quiet upper class residential area. There are fine restaurants nearby. The room is well decorated, clean and equipped with various amenities. View from hotel restaurant in 10th floor is amazing especially during clear weather in night time. My improvement suggestion is to eliminate audible noise from rooms next doors.

Every time my family and I visit Bandung and stay over, we always choose Aston Pasteur because of its strategic location near the toll gate, comfortable and spacious rooms, a breakfast with an incredibly diverse and delicious menu selection. The staff 's friendliness is exceptional from check-in to check-out. For this visit, we were fortunate to be upgraded to a family suite room. Thank you Aston Pasteur. This visit was also quite memorable, as we were awakened by an earthquake in the Garut area in the middle of the night. Overall, staying at Aston Pasteur was very satisfying. Keep up the good work!

I have a great experience staying here. The quad room is spacious, clean, comfy, and have a very beautiful view from the balcony. The pool is nice and clean. The breakfast is good but a bit more variety will be much appreciated. Thank you for the hospitality especially Ms. Astrid at the reception, you're so helpful. Will be back for sure another time.
