Access from the room to the lobby is difficult if it rains, there is no connecting road, the rooms are clean, the toilets are clean, the atmosphere is cool, it 's best to take a car to this hotel because it 's a bit far, the rest is okay.

Hotel near at centre city, brawijaya university surronding, nice place to stay.

The staff they're great! My wife ordered a dinner and drinks, but only came food. So they apologize and gave 2 drinks free. Wow! Cleanliness is good, but not great because the drain floor is not fast. Like we have to wait few minutes until the water gone. Breakfast was. Okay. It 's seem that menu variation isn't that much, bu the taste is 4 out of 5. Definitely will be back here soon. Thanks!

The staff are very warm welcome since the arrival till departure, the room clean and tidy and the ambience is nice, feel comfort during the stay. The facilities also very good with the cold and warm swimming pool and the fitness center also make us keep fresh all the time. The sky lounge also providing romantic and intimate time during the dinner and the variation of food and beverages also many for the breakfast, taste good and served with warm food and smile staff. Overall recommend to stay here and will choose to stay again in the future.

Apartment converted into hotel. Elevator take ages, certain floor lighting are dark.

Book deluxe room with children+breakfast, tp cm dikasih 2voucher breakfast dan anak2 harus bayar lg 150k.

Bad food dirty room bad smell. And long time waiting to check out and less of hospitality during check in and check out.
