Everything was OK, only in room dining was not so good, ordered steak spent around 400k, but the steak quality was not as I expected, chewy.

Very bad! Baru pertama kali stay disini, orang bilang enak dan nyaman, tapi ini saya stay disini ada KECOAK, BESAR pula. Pas ditanya “kok bisa ada kecoak?” Dijawab oleh staff nya: “iyah bu maaf soalnya abis treatment”. Loh terus kalau abis treatment emang boleh ada tamu mau stay dibikin ga nyaman dengan ada nya kecoak? Saya bisa toleransi yg lain (misal air panas ga berfungsi dsb) tapi untuk kecoak big no, kecoak loh, di kelas hotel bintang 4 ada kecoak. Kemudian saya request untuk cepet2 diganti sprei dsb nya pun respon lama, posisinya sudah jam 10malam, dimana orang pesen hotel pengen langsung istirahat dan nyaman. Ini jam 10malam nemu kecoak besar, di replace untuk alat tidur lama. Respon staff juga liat saya yg protes malah ga responsif.

Mengecewakan, Ruangan bising sama suara kamar sebelah. Kotor & ada kecoa. Istirahat tidak nyaman sangat terganggu. Tidak disarankan menginap di vio.

Easy check in, clean room, everything good.

Kamarnya aga kurang bersih untuk harga 600 lebih hiks.

Actually I have a really nice stay here. But the bread in the breakfast time so hard. Maybe need to use the improver for the bread. And also the pancakes and waffles colors are not so nice, lack of golden brown color. And then the waitress who is in charge in breakfast time is not really nice. No smile at all. And when I asked her to clean up the table, no greetings, no sorry. I understand a bit since I also work in fnb industry, but come on. Smile, greetings, say thank you is a must for service in fnb.

Nice ambience & facilities. Can't hardly wait to staycation here 's again.

The staff were very friendly. The cleanliness was okay.
