Monoloog Hotel Bekasi

All the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and most importantly the AC is cold.

It was nice. For a budget hotel, the room was clean and decent, even though the bedsheet has a moldy smell.

I really like the service. Although when I was staying there the electricity suddenly went out, it's okay, it's not the hotel's fault, right? And I always stay here because it's nice.

The staff is friendly, the security is also friendly, the hotel area is inside the mall (although the mall is quiet but if you are lazy to go anywhere, there is a supermarket, JCO and Solaria), you can check in early without any fuss and complicated procedures, there is a TV, hairdryer, clean bathroom, the room is comfortable and clean, I was just confused at that time because I wanted to ask for the room to be cleaned but the tag was lost (it was originally in front of the door) I wanted to call but there was no phone. but I don't know if it can be done from the available WA/call center but so we cleaned it ourselves as it is. But this hotel is really worth it, cool.. quiet.. the atmosphere is nice like it's far from the city but if you want to go to the city center it's close. I will come here again if I have the opportunity to go to Bekasi again or to another city that has a Monologue branch.

The pillows were dirty and smelled of sweat... it was itchy, how could they be replaced if they smelled that bad... we finally thought, maybe just after tidying them up, they won't be replaced again, oh no, we're sleeping on someone else's bed, no, please pay more attention to cleanliness.

Noisy guests can be heard, a bit strange, there is a janitor parking twice, items around are missing, no one is responsible, ask for what room but they give you what. Also a bit dirty. But oh well, 2 stars too.
