Staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming and tried their best to speak English to my kids, whose Indonesian is pretty limited. Very minimal wait times, too. My kids had a blast!

The best solution is to buy Kidzania tickets when booking a hotel, because it's cheaper... there's a queue for the games, but the kids really enjoy it, even until 19.00 WIB (closed operating hours).

The Kidzania facilities are okay... but the ticket exchange process from Traveloka's proof of payment is constrained, the barcode is not registered so it has to be confirmed several times, which takes quite a long time.

Wouldn't recommend Kidzania Jakarta to non-native Indonesian speakers. Quite a lack of written instructions on how to go about exchanging money, ATM, and how the kids' salary materialize only in dept store way before closing time. Perhaps would've been worth the whole day but we needed to fit the activity in the group's tighter schedule so next time we'll try a fuller day.

Kidzania staff for redeeming Traveloka are very friendly, an impressive first visit, it's just a shame that the queue for one favorite ride can take up to 45 minutes - 1 hour.
