Online check-in is available on Traveloka App v2.18 (Indonesia) onwards. Make sure you have logged in to your Traveloka account to enable this feature.

You will receive a confirmation that your check-in is successful and that your Citilink boarding pass is now accessible through your Traveloka App. An email will also be sent to you, along with your boarding pass attached.
Of course. You can just follow the same online check-in instructions and we will retrieve your boarding pass from Citilink so it will be easily accessible through your Traveloka App or email.
Unfortunately, Citilink online check-in is not available for pregnant passengers and passengers requiring special assistance (e.g. passengers with disabilities, Unaccompanied Minors), thus they need to check-in directly at the airport.

Yes, you need to present a printed boarding pass to board the plane. You can print your own boarding pass, or have it printed at the Citilink check-in counters at the airport.
Your Citilink boarding pass will become unavailable from three (3) days after your departure date. However, you can still access your boarding pass that was sent to your email
