The Supplier will not accept persons under the age of 16 to join the Supplier's tours without an adult. Unaccompanied passengers aged between 16 and 18 must go to a branch with their parents or legal guardians to register for the tour. They must complete the "Consent Form for Persons Under 18" and submit a copy of the participant's birth certificate and a copy of their parents' or legal guardian's Hong Kong identity card or passport.

There is no Hong Kong tour guide accompanying the group. The supplier will inform the guests of the tour information via SMS five days before departure: the meeting time, location, tour guide name and contact information

Temporary cancellation of tours and refund arrangements. The supplier has the right to cancel a tour of four to nine days 7 days before departure due to insufficient number of participants, flight space, transportation problems, accommodation arrangements, etc., excluding the notification day and departure day. In this case, the supplier will refund all fees paid by the traveler, except for the visa fee and handling fee.

If a traveler suddenly withdraws from the tour or does not participate in any group activities (such as meals, sightseeing or accommodation, etc.) during the tour, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.
