9:00: Meet your guide at Tung Chung MTR Station Exit B and arrange a guided tour to Tai O before taking the bus

10:00–12:30: Visit Tai O Shrimp Paste Factory. Hop aboard a small boat to track Chinese White Dolphins. Head to the Tai O Heritage Hotel. Visit the Shaolin Martial Arts Cultural Center. Taste the famous Uncle Cai's Charcoal Tea Fruit (at your own expense)

12:30–14:00 pm: Enjoy authentic Tai O delicacies for lunch (at your own expense)

14:00–16:00: Enjoy a fun Salted Egg Workshop. Visit Xinji Bridge. Check out Shack Style. See the Mangrove Ecology. Visit the Yantian Site. Admire the Longyan Temple. Take a stroll around the Water Village. Head to Tao Avenue.

16:45: Depart from Tai O

17:30: Return to Tung Chung. Return transportation at your own expense
