Love this place...

Comfortable lounges with good food and friendly staff, waiting for boarding to be less pronounced.

Pretty decent to spend boarding time in this lounge ... The facilities are pretty complete ... The mosque is clean, the ablution slippers are available, the mat is available and is still suitable for use and is neatly hung, the prayer rug and carpet are in good condition, the bathroom is quite clean ... Variations in food and drinks are usually good, well enough for fun anyway. Massage facilities are available but must be paid again.

The place is quiet, the food is also pretty good

Cozy place food choices are also diverse.

I think happy in lounge bathroom is clean musholla clean but the food is very little food when I went there a lot was used up

Maybe you can add the location to be close to another gate + smoking area

Redeem vouchers from Traveloka run very slowly in my opinion. So I had to wait a while before being allowed to enter the lounge. The fare is quite reasonable, even though the food choices are not so many, but enough. The taste of ordinary food, not bad. The bathroom and toilet in my opinion should be enlarged and expanded. Too small for an international airport lounge. In general I recommend this place, not bad for a short break and a big meal before boarding a plane.

Lounge Chairs were dank - moist and filthy. Food was meh. Not at all worth the $26 each paid - You would be better off at a bar/cafe in elsewhere in the terminal than this place.

Just ordinary, the food lacks variety, the front is rather hot and noisy, the inside is cooler and quieter. After all it's all good.

All the fun inside ... the staff are friendly and highly recommended to visit ... next time will definitely come here again ... thank you

Tasty complete and enjoyable food

Unfortunately, when I was tight with luggage check hours when the plane left, there was an hour left, so we didn't feel comfortable, because of the short time, just ordinary food problems, fried rice that morning at 8 Monday on January 6, 2020 it seemed sweaty / stale, vegetables there is quite a Chinese cabbage, a narrow dining table for two.

Maybe because of the holiday season, when entering old food & drink used to be cleaned, there are no clean glasses (lacking of staff?). Food does not vary. Uneducated officers (when asked to clean up food scraps, are answered "just looking for a clean place." When we ask for uduk rice like everyone else eats, it is answered "gone well, food is not satisfying.

Suasana tenang.... Karena saya datang pagi... Masakan masih fresh... Namun ada yang tidak saya sukai ada sayur yg tidak sesuai dg lidah sepertinya menjelang basi... Gampang untung masuk ke lounge ini... Beruntung Traveloka memberikan diskon walaupun tidak banyak tapi senang bisa mencoba lounge... Yang jelas recomended... Makanan berat : tidak terlalu banyak tapi oke Snack : lumayan ada ubi rebus dan pisang rebus Desert : puding warna pink, kacang ijo minuman : cukup banyak Sercice nya baik...

Pelayannya disana sdh sangat bagus. Namun sayang kami tidak bs menikmati lebih lama krn waktu kami datang ke bandara sudah sangat mepet dengan jam terbang. Untungnya msh sempat sedikit menikmati walau tak banyak. Proses cek in ke loungenya jg gak ribet apalagi saat hp saya habis batre. Mereka langsung cek data saya di komputer dan saya langsung dipersilahkan tanpa buat saya makin ribet yg sedang hectic. Thanks concordia ngurah rai Bali.
