fast service. the process for antigen test was quick & only took 15 minutes for the results. the staff was also very helpful

when registering for the pcr, the clinic staff did not check the traveloka voucher, only told to take the queue number. it turned out that after 40 minutes of waiting, the queue number was for antigen swabs. the staff did not see the voucher and heard our request for pcr. then when the PCR sample was taken, the PCR sample taker was grooming, chatting and being reprimanded first to serve immediately. 1 * 24 hour swab taken at 11 pm Monday, Tuesday we came back to the clinic because we had not received the PCR results, we were informed of the new results around 11 pm. we did not accept it because more than 24 hours of commitment the results came out and resulted in our flight conditions at 2 pm could fail. After we made a fuss, the PCR results were prepared 5 minutes after we protested it. very bad service like that.

Although the price is quite far compared to others, the service is good and fast. Highly recommended
