Motorcycle Rental in Nusa Penida

so, i dont know how I should rate it. a couple of days before my arrival, I contacted the number listed on the voucher. hours later he sent me another contact number, without saying anything. i texted the other number, she was fast respond and nice. a day before my arrival, she texted me again confirming my booking and told me to picked up the bike at the rental house. it took around 3 to 5 minutes walk from the harbour. when I arrived at the rental house, I didnt meet her. I met another woman and she called someone saying that I came to picked up a bike. what surprised me was she said that the bike I chose was not available. there was only 1 bike left and it was the big type. i was surprsied because there wasn't any confirmation from the lady who I texted. i had never ride a big bike and i'm a small lady. i was scared for my safety and tried to tell them, but they seemed to not care about it at all. next time please try to confirm with your customer should their choices is not available. i wouldnt mind changing bike as long as it's safe.

saya pesen 2 motor tp yg disediakan hanya 1 motor bilangnya akan direfund tp sampai skrg ga ada kabar.. trus untuk motor difotonya beat tp tulisannya scoopy dan yg disediakan fino dg kondisi motor yg lumayan agak menyedihkan tp untungnya memang msh bsa dipakai tp kondisi kunci dan slot tutup kuncinya yg sudah rusak dan benar saja begitu sampai dikelingking tmn saya reflek tutup pengaman kuncinya dan sudah diakalin tetep ga bsa kebuka karna tdk ada magnet dikuncinya, untungnya kami hanya b3 sehingga msh bsa balik lg kedermaga dg 1 motor bonceng 3 krna dr pihak sewa motor ktanya tdk bsa nyamperin kami dg alasan tdk ada yg bsa nganterin motornya ke kelingking.. lebih baik sewa langsung dipenidanya banyak yg menyewakan motor..
