The service is good, but for the notification service the results are very bad. I did the PCR test at 4 pm, I was told there was a delay that the results would only come out at 7 pm the next day (>24 hours). I waited at 7 o'clock, the results have not come out. I tried to find a way to contact the PCR staff (previously there was no info on where to contact) and after that I was promised to get results at 11 pm. After 11pm, I still have no results. I tried calling various numbers but to no avail, previously I was promised that these numbers were ready to be called 24 hours. Very bad and disappointing service. Very bad.

The reason for the power outage was that the administrative process and swab sampling took a long time, after being protested the swab collection was carried out. Swab results are not sent until D+4. Poor.

I came on Saturday at 13.00 but the swab officer was not there and asked to wait until 14.00. I ended up staying and came back again in the afternoon. There should always be a swab officer for this type of hospital, especially during working hours

A hospital that handles quickly... only customer service, the cashier admin is always long. If the consul finishes 15 minutes at the cashier, it can take 1 hour, which is a real waste of time. Customer service for long handling because only 2 people sometimes 1 person hiksss

Straightforward redemption by invoice. You can ask the staff to add your test result from this provider to Paspor Sehat so you do not need to carry the physical documents for air travel as the airline or port health authority can validate it through the eHAC app
