We had an enjoyable experience in our first rafting with BTR. (1) There was no communication from BTR after booking. (2) Driver picked us up on time from our hotel. (3) BTR provides photography service per raft at IDR350k for USB and IDR300k for CD. (4) Photographs are taken in burst mode at only 4 locations. All photos are taken from land. Photographer does not follow in a separate raft. (5) Suggested to bring your own camera in a waterproof pouch to take your own photo and video during rafting
