The cashier was not flexible using traveloka promos. I have 2 coupons and she can't manage how to use both coupons for the treatments that I and my daughter took.

Salon terburuk yang pernah saya datangi, ekspektasi yang tinggi dan realita yang sangat memalukan. Staff sangat tidak kompeten, apalagi staff yg menangani manicure, seperti dipaksakan. Kalau emang ga ada staf yang bisa, ya jangan dikerjakan, malah merusak kuku orang, bikin lecet, kasih kutek aja berantakan parah dan cuma 2 warna, creambath yang harusnya pake steamer, alatnya rusak, gak dikasih tau, struk pun gak ada, gak dikasih. Salon terburuk ruk ruk ruk!

Ternyata voucher 150.000 nya hanya bisa buat creambath. Saya beli 2 voucher total 300.000 jadi hanya buat hair spa dan creambath biasa dan saya pikir sesuai nilai harga yg tertera di salon, ternyata vouchernya hanya berlaku buat creambath sangat disayangkan
