shipping in Jakarta is ok very fast less than a day to arrive ticket exchange not all JR offices accept Hokiriku Arch Pass ticket exchange so I have to look for a JR office that accepts ticket exchange even though there are many offices in Tokyo ST I didn't have time to find it, finally I exchanged it at Haneda T2 at the agency

Very useful to use this pass for JR East and JR West. It is very cheap if you travel a lot in 7 days. The ride was smooth and comfortable.

The provider is very helpful. This pass is much cheaper than the regular JR pass. But the travel time from Tokyo to Osaka is longer. But if you want to go to Shirakawago/another city at the same time, this is suitable.

I chose JR East, it's really worth it. because it is used for intercity trips in Osaka, Kyoto, Nagano, Kyoto. I have taken the Shinkansen many times, just show the JR pass. to get this JR pass I chose the pick up, because I ordered it today and the day after tomorrow I have to leave. fortunately the JR pass provider office is in North Jakarta.
