Departure Point: Around Tokyo 23 Wards

Duration: 10 Hours

Route Distance Limit: 300 km.

Driver’s Language: Chinese, Japanese, or English based on availability.

Operational hours for attractions and places may vary. Please verify your destination options before departure.

If your preferred language or vehicle type isn’t available, the supplier will contact you to arrange rescheduling or cancellation.

Departure time options are from 07:00 to 11:00. Choosing 11:00 means no overtime is possible as the driver must finish by 21:00.

Surcharge

The first car seat is free; additional car seats cost JP¥2,000 each, payable directly to the driver on-site.

Overtime charges: For 5-6- or 9-seaters, JP¥5,000 per hour (if over 30 minutes); for 13-seaters or larger, JP¥5,000 per 30 minutes (if over 15 minutes).

Admission to Mt. Fuji 5th Station ranges from JP¥2,060 to JP¥4,700 (depending on the vehicle type).

Additional fees apply for drop-offs outside Tokyo's 23 Wards and stays in Hakone or Fujiyoshida must include 1.5 hours within the 10-hour service time.

Surcharges for locations outside Tokyo are ¥8,000–10,000 for 5/6/9-seaters and ¥10,000–16,000 for 13/18-seaters, based on pick-up/drop-off locations and tolls.

For multi-day charters outside Tokyo, pay a cash overnight fee of ¥10,000 directly to the driver.

Service Hours for 13-Seater and 18-Seater: Available from 08:00 am to 20:00, with a maximum overtime of 1 hour.

6-Seater Capacity: Accommodates 6 passengers with 2 pieces of 24" luggage, or 5 passengers with 3 pieces of 24" luggage or 1 piece of 28" luggage.

9-Seater Capacity: Fits 9 passengers with 9 pieces of 21–29" luggage, or 8 passengers with 10 pieces of 21–29" luggage.

13-Seater Capacity: Supports 13 passengers with 2 pieces of 21–29" luggage, 12 passengers with 3 pieces, or 11 passengers with 4 pieces.

18-Seater Capacity: Holds 18 passengers with 18 pieces of 22–25" luggage, 12 pieces of 26–28" luggage, or 10 pieces of 29–32" luggage (separate passenger seats and luggage storage).

there's no confirmation from Traveloka, until I made some complaints. the booking keep saying "voucher in progress" for days, until I made some phonecalls they finally said that I didnt need a voucher. the driver contacted me D-1. the driver is nice, but she (driver is a woman) drove really slow and keeps playing with her phone. she made us go round in routes. we rented the car for 10 hours and ended spend 6 hours on the road. what a waste of time and money
