A minimum of 4 travelers is required for the tour to proceed. If this number is not met, the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified via email 1 day before the departure date.

Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes before departure time as the tour will start promptly.

The tour itinerary may change due to weather or traffic conditions.

Wearing ski/snowboard equipment is a must.

Snow quality at the ski resort may become unstable as temperatures rise, starting in late February. Keep this in mind when booking.

I am satisfied in general, especially the guide’s helpfulness. However, I will be more happy if we know in advanced what should we rent. In the package it said the ski equipment and clothes and I thought it is enough. Nonetheless, when we reached the renting shop, we realized that we should rent helmet and protective gears.
