You Should Also Know This

Five Seater Cars: Max capacity four passengers and four pieces of 30-inch luggage

Nine Seater Cars: Max capacity seven passengers and eight pieces of 30-inch luggage

The driver will contact the customer prior to the date of travel via WhatsApp, LINE or WeChat.

The driver will wait up to one hour in case of any flight delays.

Children under four years of age are required to use child seats. Failure to do so will result in the service being cancelled, and refunds will not be granted.

Child seats for children under four years of age can be rented. Please advise requirements in the 'Notes' section (additional fee of NTD100 per seat will be charged on-site, directly to the driver).

NTD 200 Additional fee is required for transport to the following areas (to be paid on site) : Shilin District (mountain area), Wulai, Pingxi, Pinglin, Ruifang, Gongliao, Fuxin District, Jinshan, Yangmingshan, Xiangshan

แย่มากไม่มีการอัพเดตข้อมูลคนขับ พอติดต่อไปถามก็ส่งข้อมูลคนขับรถที่ลาออกไปแล้วมาให้ ต้องคอยตามเรื่องเสียเวลาเที่ยวและเปลืองค่าโทรศัพท์ ถ้าไม่ตามเรื่องคงไม่มีใครมารับและตกเครื่อง

จองไว้ 4 คน แจ้งไว้ว่า กระเป๋าใบใหญ่ 4 ใบ ได้รถเป็น mitsubishi outlander มา ซึ่งจุกระเป๋าได้เยอะมากตามความต้องการ ทาง traveloka ได้แจ้งชื่อคนขับมาเร็วมาก คุณ Zheng Zhong Lin เป็นคนขับที่ยอดเยี่ยม แม้ว่าสายการบินจะเลทไปถึง 4 ชั่วโมง แต่ก็ยังแสตนด์บายรอ ทั้งๆที่ตามเงื่อนไขบอกไว้ว่าจะรอแค่ 90 นาที ดีมากค่ะ
