The usage date on the voucher is for reference only. Please place your order according to the scheduled collection date.

This call time on SIM card can be topped up at 7-11s. FamilyMarts within the card's validity period. The minimum top-up amount is NT$300. If the the top-up amount is not used up within validity period, it will not be refunded.

Each traveler can only redeem 1 SIM card. Travelers must be over 18 years old to pick up the card, and please prepare two IDs for pick-up. The detailed rules are as follows:

Please check the contents of your package before leaving the counter. The local agency will not be liable once the package has left the counter

During the validity period of the card, you can top up call charges at 7-11, FamilyMart and other convenience stores in Taiwan (the minimum top-up amount is TWD300). If the top-up amount is not used up within the validity period, it will not be refunded.

The communication/service quality may be affected by outside conditions, such as surrounding landforms (i.e. mountains), weather, obstruction by buildings, the number of users, or locations. All of these factors may affect the speed and quality of your internet connection

[Bonus: Free on the Day of Activation] The staff will assist in the activation upon pick-up. The data used until 24:00 on the day of activation will be free of charge. The actual usage period: free on the day of activation + the number of days purchased.

For example, if you buy a 5-day pre-paid card and the activation time is at 10:45, 1/1/2024, the data used before 23:59:59, 1/1/2024 will be free of charge. The card will be invalid on 23:59:59, 6/1/2024
