- All bookings made will be subject to the screening process. Customers have to submit required documents to ECOCAR. The operator reserves the rights to cancel the booking in case of suspicion, and no refund will be made for that booking.

- Required documents for Thai citizens: (a) ID card, (b) Thai driving license (issued for more than 1 year), and (c) credit card (or salary payslip from your employer)

- Required documents for foreigners: (a) Passport or ID card, (b) international driving license (issued for more than 1 year), and (c) your return flight ticket
