Arrived, unable to get tickets. The zoo said there was no reservation information. The zoo cannot fix anything. Let all customers contact themselves It takes 45 minutes to get in. Dismissing responsibility. Difficult to contact. Next time, buy directly from the zoo. Don't book this way.

The show was in Thai so foreign visitors didn't understand it so it was boring; the restaurant area is dark and damp. Only having fun is having a fun experience!

Having fun is considered a good activity when visiting Chiang Mai. But if Thai tourists, please check the price with Chiang Mai Night Safari first because it is much cheaper than booking with Traveloka.

Best moments were when giraffes ate fruits and veggies from the baskets in our hands. Saw them in real for the first time. It was amazing. Could have been better if tiger, elephants, deer were little more closer. They were too far away at times could not get clear sight of them.
