Meeting Point: Please meet up with the driver at the baggage claim area whether you have to collect luggage or not. The driver will be holding a sign that says your name
* Please enter the hotel address in the "drop-off point" section and the airport name in the "pick-up point" section when booking

Meeting Time: please provide the flight arrival time

Grace Period: The driver will wait at the airport exit for up to 1 hr from the official flight arrival time announced by the airport

Service Range: from Kona Airport (KOA) to hotels in the following areas: Kona Town / Kona Keauhou / Mauna Kea, Hapuna, Mauna Lai, Waikoloa, pickups at Airbnbs are not available
* We advise travelers that they call the driver once they have arrived at the airport (808-381-8999)
* If the driver does not receive flight change or other advance notifications, the driver will leave after the designated grace period is over and no refunds will be offered, please consider before booking

- Kona Town: 2 hrs before flight departure
- Kona Keauhou: 2.5 hrs before flight departure
- Mauna Kea, Hapuna, Mauna Lai, Waikoloa: 3 hrs before flight departure

Grace Period: No more than 15 mins. Please be on time to avoid delaying other travelers. No refunds and service will be offered to late arrivals

Vehicle Capacity:
- 5-Seater Vehicle: 3 passengers + 3 luggages
- 7-Seater Vehicle: 5 passengers + 5 luggages
- 15-Seater Vehicle: 13 passengers + 13 luggages

*Note the luggage allowance of each passenger:
- each passenger may carry 1 piece of checked luggage (the sum of length, width, and height must not exceed 158 cm) and 1 piece of carry-on baggage (must not occupy a seat; e.g. laptop, small bag)
- Strollers and golf bags are considered a piece of luggage. Please select 7-Seater or 15-Seater package if you would like to bring one with you
- Disregarding the luggage allowance guidelines may result in service decline. Travelers will be required to pay the surcharge of an additional vehicle to transport extra luggage
