Not as shimmering as the picture, the soaking tub is dirty and horrible, the smell of fertilizer is bad. Completely disappointed.

09:00, mình đến sử dụng dịch vụ nên khá vắng nên thoải mái không sợ chật chội. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, chỉ dẫn nhiệt tình. Nhân viên sẽ phát 1 cái giỏ đựng sẵn khăn tắm lớn, đồ xông hơi, đồ bơi. Khăn trùm tóc xông hơi phải thuê 15.000 VND/khăn. Phòng xông hơi đá muối đang bảo trì hay gì đó nên không mở cửa.

I just got into the bathtub for a few minutes, then there was a power outage so I had to leave. They gave me a free cup of hot chocolate and a free service for the next time, but I’m still upset about this experience.

Dịch vụ không chuyên nghiệp. Book trên ứng dụng combo tặng nước và trứng nhưng phiếu xuất không có, mình phải kiếu nại mới cho. Trứng luộc con mình ăn thì bị trúng thực. Trước khi vào hồ tắm phải tắm sơ qua mà phòng tắm thì có 3 phòng, chờ rất lâu, phải đứng ngoài trời lạnh lẽo, trong khi đã thay đồ bơi dưới cái lạnh 17 độ.

Có nhiều hoạt động diễn ra ở đây như xông hơi nóng, ngâm nước nóng lanh khá thoải mái. Điểm trừ duy nhất là đông nên đợi nhóm khác xông hơi xong mới được vào. Thời tiết Đà Lạt lạnh nên khi xông hơi thấy khá thoải mái dễ chịu.

Mình book vé tắm nước nóng mà nhân viên nhầm sang xông hơi, sau đó cũng giải quyết cho mình ổn thoả. Nước bảo nấu từ cà phê nhưng mà không hiểu sao mình nghe mùi thuốc tẩy nồng.

Bọn này đi lần đầu nên còn bỡ ngỡ, Nhân viên tận tình hướng dẫn nên cũng đỡ. Phòng xông hơi tốt tuy nhiên đây là xông hơi khô, dùng tia hồng ngoại, không phải phòng xông hơi nước nóng các bạn nhé. Phần tắm suối khoáng thì nước hơi đục, hơi quá nóng nhưng được cái là nước khoáng thiên nhiên, có vị hơi mặn có thể pha thêm phần nước biển. Khu ăn uống trên tầng lầu cũng rất đẹp và thơ mộng.
