For open-dated vouchers, the validity of the voucher is typically longer than 1 day and usually lasts for months. Your voucher will be valid starting from the purchase date until the end of the validity date applied for the voucher. This means you can use your voucher anytime as long as it is before the end of the validity period. However, even though the voucher can be used at any time during the period, you are still encouraged to contact the partner for reservations (when you already want to redeem the voucher).

To find out if the voucher is an open-dated voucher, follow these steps:

1. In the voucher selection list, you can find the validity period of the voucher under the voucher name. If the validity period starts with "Valid until xx", it means your voucher is an open-dated voucher. Open-dated vouchers are quite similar to flexible date vouchers, where the validity is more than 1 day but with longer periods of validity (usually more than 1 month in length).In the example below, the open-dated voucher shows that the voucher is still valid until 31 July 2021. This means that the voucher can be used starting from your date of purchase until the end of the validity period (31 July 2021).

2. For open-dated vouchers, you do not need to select any date as you can visit the venue whenever you want, as long as it is before the end of the validity period.Note that some venues may require you to make reservations before visiting, so it’s strongly suggested you check the reservation information in the voucher details carefully.
