If your hotel booking is refundable, you can request a refund through Traveloka desktop website and Traveloka App.
Things to note:
* Make sure you log in to your Traveloka account to be able to request for a refund, as instructed on How to Cancel and Get A Refund for My Hotel Booking article.
* Update your Traveloka App to the latest version because requesting refund can only be done in 3.23 version or higher.
