It would have be helpful to know they had an app that said the activities and that you could make reservations for dinners. Wish we could get mimosas or Bloody Marys at breakfast. Also, I wish they had a snack station during the day. Example: fries, nachos, etc. Ice cream or some sort of a night time snack. We will definitely stay at that resort again.

Divi Aruba All Inclusive has beautiful white sand beaches that you can walk to every day. The staff (bellboys, housekeepers, etc) were wonderful. However, it was built in 1969, and it shows in peeling veneers, and stained white leather couches. The slightly renovated rooms shown on their website apply to a select few and there is no guarantee you'll get a new room. The staff did upgrade us after complaining, to a SLIGHTLY newer room that still did not match the website. We were traveling as a group and while we all purchased the same gardenview room, all 3 couples were staying in vastly different types of rooms. The food was clean and plentiful. I enjoyed the Italian restaurant. The remaining restaurants did not warrant a second meal there. Please note: If you are younger than 50 years old, you will be a minority. Everything closes at 10pm...and you have no choice but to hang in your dilapidated room. This resort is tailored to old retired Floridians and that is the majority of what you'll see. If you're looking for a fun resort to hang with friends, unfortunately this is not it. However if you just want to lay on a beautiful beach in silence, this is the place.

Very helpful staff, everything clean and tidy. Beach was beautiful. Food options limited and needed to make reservations 2 days in advance for dinner. Also had to leave the property to grab snacks as nothing available other than breakfast lunch or dinner times, unless you wanted a mini pizza or panini.

the meals at the buffet and restaurants were very good, hotel rooms have been renovated (showers, floors, wi-fi access in bathroom mirror, etc) the room i was given a garden view not pool or ocean as I requested, the shower and sink were clogged the 4 nights i stayed there, i called front desk but no answer went to the lobby and reported this and was told someone would come fix it but no one came the first evening until third day as water leaked outside the bathroom to the hallway and near the beds. gift shop attendant was rude and unfriendly, Le Cafe attendant was not pleasant, unfriendly when serving guests. most of the restaurants waiters were very friendly and attentive especially Gabriel at the Pure Lime, was very polite, and ensuring everything was in order.

The resort has aged many years since the photos. Built in 1979 theyve patched things up but it doesnt cover the dingey feel. Buffett & restaurants are simply over hyped. Dont be fooled, stay in highrise section and do your own thing.

Overall, we had a good stay at Divi Aruba All Inclusive and would rate it an 8/10. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, attentive, and hospitable from start to finish. The property itself was clean and well maintained, although some of the rooms are definitely dated. If possible, request a room in Vista 1 or Vista 2 since those buildings have been updated. We stayed in Room 408 in Vista 2 and were pleased with it. For those who enjoy gambling, there’s a casino conveniently located across the street. The resort also offers top-shelf liquor, but the drinks tend to be on the weaker side, so don’t be afraid to ask for a double shot. One thing to note is that this resort definitely caters more toward an older, retired crowd. The pool closes at 8PM, restaurants close around 10PM, and the main atrium bar stays open until about 1AM. If you’re looking for nightlife, shopping, entertainment, and a more lively atmosphere, you may prefer staying in the Palm Beach area instead. Dining options at the resort include Red Parrot (American) and Pure Lime (Mexican). Guests also have access to restaurants at their sister property, Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive, including Club Margot (Mediterranean), Paparazzi (Italian), and Ginger (Asian). Reservations are required for all restaurants except the buffets and café, so make sure to book at least 2 days in advance.
