We had an amazing room overlooking the pool. It was all brand new and beautiful, cleaned everyday and fresh towels. We did speak to another guest who didn’t have an updated room so they’re not all as nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The downside is that the restaurants can’t accommodate the number of guests and we had to eat at the buffet a couple of nights. Loved the proximity of the beach but there’s definitely not enough palapas, and people saved them very early in the morning which doesn’t seem fair.

Divi All Inclusive Aruba was a beautiful, quiet resort with very friendly staff. The restaurants provided a variety of tasty food, but it is difficult to make reservations as they can only be made for the next two days once you are on site. We also discovered if we didn't reserve our beach chairs by 7:30-8:00am, there were none available under a canopy or tree for shade. The afternoon sun gets very hot! Our ocean front room was on the third floor, so we had a wonderful view of the beach. The room was spacious with a nice deck, and very quiet at night. The entertainment provided in the evenings was enjoyable, with singers, dancers, steel band, and instrumentalists.

The resort it self was very nice, however the first room that I was in need it some love. The chairs were stained and the room was run down. 700 building. Then I was moved to the other side of the resort where the room were newer, with an amazing view! The staff for the most part were very nice an accommodating except for the coffee lady and reservations/ excursions desk. They were very rude and seemed that me even talking to them was annoying them and talking with other guests they felt the same way, also very difficult to get reservations at the hotel restaurants, seems that they might be under staffed and when you stay at an all inclusive you expect to be able to eat at whatever restaurant that belong to that resort without issue. The restaurant that we were able to go to were very good! Entertainment or lack of was a big negative to me also. Not sure if I would revisit this property again.

Traveled to Divi Aruba All Inclusive last week of February 2026 with my spouse. We have made 7or 8 prior visits but none within last 4yrs. Pros: Weather mid 80’s, ocean was clean and calm, staff are generally friendly and attentive to the duties. Garden view room was clean, comfortable and a short distance to beach. Cons: Restaurants on site are lacking and have limited menus with the chef’s take on preparation. Asian, Mexican and Italian restaurant meals contain non traditional ingredients so ask before ordering. The Mediterranean restaurant we passed on but it offered no hummus dish. Buffet is reduced to one resort for dinner so can be crowded but has many options including hummus. The beach is hit or miss on available chairs and palapas for shade. Aruba’s law allows anyone to use a palapa located on the beach, not just paying resort guests. However many of the people also feel free to use the resort restrooms, beach rinse stations, Wi-Fi and garbage receptacles. Lots of bottled beverages consumed on beach also. Disappointed resort security did not try addressing issues but instead stayed completely shaded while also enjoying the wi-fi playing on their phones.

Absolutely beautiful beach!! Room near beach which was great because there were no public bathrooms. Buffet was not a true buffet you had to wait in line to order your main dish which usually took awhile… not enough entertainment at night and absolutely no entertainment around the pool or beach during the day. Very quiet hotel resort but if you are just looking for R&R this is the place.

“We had a generally pleasant experience at the resort. The property was clean, well maintained, and the beach was exceptional. Most of the food was good, though a few staff members at the drink and food shacks were unfriendly and seemed unhappy to be working with guests. Others, however, were wonderful. We appreciated the convenience of traveling between the five DIVI resorts by shuttle. One downside was that at check‑in we weren’t given a map or list of activities and had to request them. We also played golf, but the course greens were average at best and quite worn in places. This was our first time in Aruba. Taxis mostly require cash, but the island felt very safe to travel around. The highlight of our trip was the ABC Tours Wild ATV Adventure along the northwestern.
