Divi Aruba All Inclusive

Best thing about this property is the staff, the food in the buffet and at Pure Lime. The restaurants that you need reservations for Red Parrot, Ginger etc. the food is just ok. Not to mention the hotel is expensive, but they may tell you, they don’t have reservations for the day/time you want and they only allow you to make reservations two days at a time. My room was subpar - stains on the blanket, a ball of hair in the bathroom from previous occupants, coffee stains on the furniture from previous occupant, a ANTS problem that they came to my room twice to address. And a ROACH in my room that I stomped! They gave reusable water bottles that was dusty on the inside. Upon entering my room and seeing the condition, I called the front desk but did not reach anyone. The day before my last day they asked me if I wanted to switch rooms… like whats the point now? On the morning of my check out, an exterminator was sent to spray the exterior of my room. Would not recommend.

Room was great. Had a nice balcony not far from the ocean. Updated room decor was a nice surprise.

The hotel and amenities were well kept. The area was safe, able to walk off property and feel safe. It was a great visit.

This was our 3rd year staying at Divi, every year our stay only gets better. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Food is amazing. Very, very clean. Would never think of staying anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Everything about the Divi Aruba All Inclusive is even better than 5 stars! The entire staff is so helpful and accomodating to your every whim! I have stayed here many times and am never disappointed. Every guest I spoke to during my stay echoed my sentiments without exception!

The staff was beyond excellent. Very attentive, polite and helpful. The Eagle Beach access was priceless. That alone is worth staying here. I would definitely go back and recommend to all my family and friends.

The room was clean, and the staff were amazing. My husband is handicapped, and we were very grateful that my room request was granted, it was perfect for him! There was one problem that we had that was not resolved. In the middle of bathroom floor, we continually had a very large puddle that we had to keep soaking up with towels. There was a plumbing issue somewhere in the bathroom that created an unpleasant odor. So, we had a smelly room with a wet bathroom floor. Thankful my husband did not slip and fall. Since we had to put up with that, I was hoping we could get maybe 2 nights free towards our stay next year to make up for the inconvenience???

Service from the staff, the beach access and location of our room was perfect!

The room was real nice; ocean view beautiful; clean and comfortable; nice shower, clean, spacious, warm water. The only negative on the room was the air conditioner was mounted where it blew directly on us when we were sleeping. The property was very convenient for everything, clean, not over crowded. Beach was spacious, clean, not over crowded, no rocks all soft powder sand~ perfect for bare feet, simply put beautiful~paradise!

Staff were great! I got the veranda/ pool view room which was in a 3 story building. It was spacious but old with paint cracking on the walls, room a little musty, and one of the sinks didn't drain well. Other members of my group got the Casita /oceanfront room which were in one story buildings- very modern and nice. They had construction and were renovating some of those rooms during my stay. I hope they renovate the older 3-story buildings in the future. Decent food - I wished they had more local cuisine available. I liked that they had reusable water bottles and cups. Facilities were clean. Seems catered towards the older crowd, older music playing and with bar open only between 11am -1am. Family friendly and felt very safe. Wished the activity center would stay open through sunset instead of 3pm so we can use the equipment longer. Also, all they had at the activity center (which was at the tamarijn resort so you had to walk over or take the shuttle) were pool noodles, pool floats, and snorkel. I would have liked to see snorkel fins, boogie boards, frisbee, life vests and other watersports equipment available to check out as part of the all inclusive. I didn't see any lifeguards so swim at your own risk. Resort shops were decently priced compared to airport prices. Interesting this was connected to adjacent Divi golf and tamarijn and casino so we had access to those too.

Overall, we had a good vacation at Divi Aruba All Inclusive. The stay started off a bit frustrating due to poor communication at check-in—we weren’t informed that the room we reserved was unavailable and only found out after being given the room. However, the resort was enjoyable overall, and the ocean views were absolutely beautiful.

The beach is beautiful at the Divi. It was so close to our rooms. Most of the restaurants are right on the beach. The room was clean & spacious. It could use more hangers though. Chino was the best at the bar. Mary was so friendly at the buffet. The restaurants have their menus with gluten free options but the buffet had nothing marked if it was gluten free. Overall we had a nice stay at the Divi.

I always go to the Divi right on the beach service and employees most are very good always a few bad apples. They do need to have more activities to participate in like trivia night or a comedy night or even those fun pool games!!

You exceeded our expectations! The property was quiet, clean and had everything we needed, far exceeding our expectations. Amazing staff that made it an amazing experience. If we are able to return to this amazing island country, we will only stay at Divi! Cheers!
