Very nice experience. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Wish the bathroom had a counter for make up and my toiletries. The restaurant on the third floor was nice but they need more workers. The staff seem to get overwhelmed and cant keep up with the guests orders. Overall though our stay was lovely and relaxing.

It indicated on the site we looked at that it was at beach. The hotel told us they had a shuttle, we never saw anyone available or driving back and forth. We were TOTALLY shocked that they had very few chairs. We had to pay extra for chair's the first day and then the other day's my husband got up about 6:40 and walked to beach to get in line to get us a chair. Very disappointed, when we were paying over $400.00 for some days of our stay. Wooden utensils!!! Toilet paper rough as sandpaper. The tile in the room was always gritty and dirty

I had an amazing stay at the Radisson. Room was awesome, people were awesome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for families or large groups traveling together. There were only 2 improvements that I saw to point out to other guests, to make sure your time in Aruba is perfect. The restaurant near the infinity pool- just avoid it. Was over the top expensive compared to the other 20+ meals we ate while in Aruba. We had a bad experience on our first meal 1 hour after arriving- out of the six of us, 2 of our meals were not cooked. The manager of the Radisson was notified and I heard other guests complaining about experience up there as well. We were issued a credit for 1 entree of the bill applied to the coffee shop at the front of the property which was pretty good! We walked to the beach everyday and usually walked through the holiday inn side of the beach. We rented a wagon, tables, and chairs from a company which went very smoothly. On the last day of our trip we tried out the Radisson side, with the blue tents. We were told there was no availability, but saw open seats and just sat down. The beach where the blue tents are not as good. A lot of boats going to and from- and a drop off where it gets deeper. Recommend going a little further down and renting your own tables and chairs. We had a baby and the angle at which the umbrellas were no good. We tried to readjust the umbrellas and were told we could not readjust.

The transportation to and from the beach isn’t organized and the staff behind the desk wasn’t very pleasant or helpful. We couldn’t even get beach towels until after 9am and at that time all the chairs on the beach are already taken. Peter the guy who took our bags and showed us around the property was amazing. He was very helpful and pleasant. He should be recognized for the service he provides. Our hotel room was clean but the room with two beds had a very musty smell. The hallways and elevators were very worn and dirty. The infinity pool was beautiful but the food at that restaurant left much to be desired and was very expensive for what you got. The bar tenders at the infinity pool were very nice. The shower outside by the pool was broken. The location was excellent but their beach isn’t worth going to. Overcrowded and not what you expect in Aruba. We rented chairs and drove to baby beach which was a much better experience! The coffee shop was amazing and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend a stop in there for coffee or a pastry or even a gift. I would stay here again but I think it’s important to know the pros and cons so I hope this review is helpful for others.

This was our third consecutive time staying at Radisson Blu Aruba and this time around, RBA did not disappoint. Excellent service, consistency overall atmosphere. We have 2 small children and they love staying at RBA. What makes great stays is the people behind it. There are two employees that make our stays special: Nelsa from housekeeping was amazing, she went above and beyond and our room was spotless with little details that made kids feel special, making sure their stuffed toys were on their bed etc. Santos at the front door and beach shuttle always makes our visits special and kids insisted on taking pictures with Santos. he really came through with arranging transportation to the airport when our airport shuttle was cancelled last minute. Great stay, again :) !!

Radisson Blu has great and friendly staff and very well maintained grounds. The rooms are spacious. While the beds are made daily and the towels refreshed as requested, the floors and counters are not cleaned beyond a quick wipe down. The bathroom simply has no place to put anything. A sink, toilet and shower and ZERO counter space for toiletries. Partial drawers under the sink are barely of any use. The Bedroom has great storage space, a safe and large screen TV. The kitchen (ette) has a lovely Liebherer Full Size Fridge a small sink and small microwave. No range top or oven, plates, cups, cutlery or glasses. There are paper plates and cups and disposable wooden utensils. Each day we needed to request new ones. Pool towels are rationed - you get one, per day which is crazy if you go to the beach and then want have a clean towel at the pool. You take a chance getting a lounge chair on the beach if you arrive past 8:00 am. But you can pay for one at bar next to the Radisson beach area as we were instructed. Overall, our stay was good and when we had a concern it was quickly addressed. It was an expensive stay for $5,000 a week so we were not expecting to have to negotiate cutlery and plates and be disappointed about the beach chairs.

I didn’t like that the guest was not allowed to use the adult pool area because of a private event being held on 3/2. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

You get what you pay for with the lower rates you pay here. I had a roach in my room and a broken toilet. If you want to go to the beach then rent a car, because the beach you can access with this hotel has room for about 15-20 chairs that are in high demand. If you can afford to stay somewhere else then you should.
