great hotel. polite and helpful staff... good location

Everything was great

This hotel should not be advertised as having beach access and amenities. There are no more than 50 chairs and 25 umbrellas at the beach for a hotel with 182 rooms and each room has anywhere between 2-6 people. The front desk tells you to show up at the beach at 6:30am to get in line and hopefully get a lounge chair. I watched as one man “reserved” 10 loungers every morning taking up about one third of what was available. Every morning we had to pay out of pocket to rent chairs and umbrella from beach vendors. If this was disclosed in the hotel description, I never would’ve booked this hotel. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Aruba 5-6 times and never had such a horrible experience. The staff is obnoxious. No one wants to help. They all just punt and say these are the rules. Expedia completely failed in accurately describing this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Peter was very helpful. Pools were amazing. The only downside is it is a 4 minute walk to the beach with limited reserved chairs for guests, so depends what kind of vacation you are looking for.

We had a great time!

We had the ocean view suite and got access to great views in the AM and also a great sunset. The infinity pool is breathtaking and we found ourselves there at the end of the day grabbing a drink/snack at the sunset bistro and relaxing in the reclining water seats in the pool. Can't wait to go back to the Radisson Blu!

Hotel, staff, and pool were great, but there were never any chairs at the beach. 13 floor hotel and they had about 30 chairs. Not once in 6 days were there chairs when we got to the beach. They need to negotiate with the Marriott to let guests use their chairs. They had hundreds, most of the hotels did.

The room was very clean and the staff was very courteous. My only complaint is the chairs on the balcony was not comfortable at all. There should be lounge chairs on the balcony. Overall, I would recommend to family and friends.

What a beautiful place.

Room was great! Staff was outstanding. Dre, Peter, Santos and Janelke are amazing people who treated us like family. We will always have Radisson Blu on our list when coming to Aruba

The Radisson Blu team was incredible! So friendly, attentive, helpful, and warm. I most loved our champagne upon arrival and the lovely Christmas decor. The layout, the grounds, the adult infinity pool - cannot complain nor compete. The proximity to the beach and free access to the beach chairs and umbrellas was great. We took several tours and the staff helped us navigate through taxis, departures, all of it.
