The staff here are so kind and friendly. Kathy was an absolute angel, she booked me an Uber to the hotel and even upgraded my room! The building is old but well maintained, clean, and cozy. Excellent transport links, as it’s only a 5-min walk from Stanmore train station. Highly recommend this place, well worth the price.

Great place to stay for a night if you're looking for something relatively inexpensive but clean. I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff. She really went out of her way to make me and my family comfortable. Fantastic customer service! ❤️

Close to the train station, street parking but not too hard to find a park. Staff on phone was helpful and polite. Didn't see any staff in person during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the building is tired. eg ripped carpet on stairs =trip hazard, bathroom had a lot of plaster very worn etc. The key system is a bit weird, but ok once you work it out! I understand it is an old building, but these are maintenance issues.

There were a couple of roaches but not unexpected for Australia. It was quite hot with only a fan in the room and the bathroom smelled weird but not too bad a place for the price.
