Bad: 1. Wifi only work on the doorstep, inside the room it doesn't connect at all. Even after complain they don't make any difference. 2. The room always smell after the cleaning, 3. Only lift no. 3 have the access to the swimming pool which I had to press other 2 lifts to the g floor first to get the lift no. 3 and go to swimming pool. Good: 1. They clean room everyday. 2. They change all towels and aminities everyday. 3. They have ironing.

During some circumstances, I visited the hotel again because during my last visit here, I found it good enough for me. Now after trying different rooms here I can conclude that. The deluxe king room is way better than the deluxe queen room one. The DKR is way more spacious and you get a relaxing cozy sofa to watch TV. While the DQR is so small compared to the DKR and it doesn't give you the sofa, even though the DQR offers the balcony, it also small and I still find it not that exciting. Next time I will be sure to order the DKR for my stay.

This my first choice to stay every time I'm going to Sydney by myself. Room clean, bathroom clean. But got bit upset about what happened last time, I left my things in the room before I check out. I contacted them to ask if they saw it, but they said didn't found anything in the room. Either they found it and throw it as a rubbish or they didn't check the room. Hopefully the house keeper can pay more attention about this.

Location was great! Near tram, China town and town hall which are plenty of restaurant, food, shop and easy to travel with public transportation. In a room can hear other a bit when they close a door and speak at corridor. Staff was great support to guide travel spot in Sydney, I talked with Thai staff, K. Pair. Some guests smoked in a room and I smell strong smoked then I called to reception and very fast response from staff to tell that room. And other were very supportive and help me to pick up area for limousine service that I booked from credit card to go to airport. Thank you all staff for great support.

Didn't try food inside hotel. There is McD beside hotel. If want to groceries and get real food (salad etc), you need to walk for 3-4 km. Hotel provide towel and soap but don't provide amenities like bottle of water and toothbrush etc. Easy access from and to airport. From international arrival airlort, just go to bus area, find shuttle on Bay 12 then tell the guy you want to go to ibis budget.

The bed is big, but the room is narrow. Booking family room traveling with 2 teens. They gave all amenities such as shampoo, soap with big bootle so enough for 3 nites. The minus are, some rooms in upstairs, some in down, so we have difficulty dragging our suitcase. Secondly, we can hear others talking, some guest are too loud, 4am they are laughing loudly at coridor.
