Staff were friendly, very helpful and attentive. The experience surpassed expectations hence the rating provided. I was unsure of the location of the hotel, but the local amenities were great, and transport links fantastic! A walk to circular quay, via the Botanical Gardens, takes 30 minutes, or the regular (311) bus took 30 minutes but with minimal exertion! It is easy to walk to the local rail station or catch a bus to central station, both very economical! A local Saturday market, cafe’s and bars locally, and a local ‘Woolworths’ for snack’s, fruit and drinks, or a full mealtime shop if wanted (great for preparing picnics for planned day trips etc.)

AC was really good and overall very clean. The beds were a bit tough and uncomfortable though. But that’s up to personal preference. Also a loud street with it being a Main Street. So be ready for sirens and some noise on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall a very good stay, would come back again

We stayed here to see Handa’s Phantom & it was such s great location- 25 minute walk to the show. Hotel is definitely not fancy but our room had 3 separate beds and was very affordable. Would stay again but probably not in summer as the air conditioner didn’t work.

After staying T this hotel many times over the years, we have never paid $330 before. at this price we expected a better room or maybe better views. The room was very small with no views on the Ist floor . The sink in the bathroom filled with water and didn’t drain . There were no tissues . To top it off the alarm went off after we were asleep and we had to quickly dress and escape into the hallway. All over very unsatisfactory.

The room was clean, but the original room had no way to open a window. After three days with nothing but air-conditioning my wife and I were getting very sick. When I asked the hotel, they moved us into a much nicer room with a balcony and windows that opened. It was fantastic. The location was very good. The bus service was excellent.

I choose the hotel based on price and location. I was happy with my choice. Its a quick walk from Kings Cross Station, theres plenty of eating options nearby, and a shortish walk to the Botantic Gardens. My self contained room had full amenities, including air conditioning and door security, but its an older hotel. I appreciated the help from staff with luggage on stairs and with luggage storage.

Your website really needs to corrected. No swimming pool, no wheelchair access and no parking, unless you walk a distance. It also highlights a lift that you can barely get the wheelchair in and 1 person. I choice this Motel for the parking, wheelchair access and the location only to be disappointed. My father who has limited eye sight found a condom wrapper near the bed. The room smelt of mold so we had to have the windows open the whole time which then caused the problems with the noise. I will never stay there again. The staff where nice and tried to accommodate us but the mold, access to manoeuvre around and breath was extremely poor.
