Central location

Our stay was okay, I booked 3 rooms for our 3 nights stay but one of the room was not used the 3rd night because they have to go back to US and I wasn’t given a one night refund and really disappointed

Easy and close to transport

Please provide pillow that are not the size of small cars. Our necks are still sore a week later.

Very central, about 20 minutes from the central train station and just south of Hyde Park. Very quick check-in and check-out (automated console) and could store luggage. Rooms are pretty large, bed plus couch and coffee table. A good choice if you're doing things around in the CBD.

An affordable hotel in a very convenient area of the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. It sufficed, but was not for the American palate.

Stayed at Ibis Styles Sydney Central from 5–7 April 2025 and had a disappointing experience. I stepped on a shard of glass left on the kitchenette floor from previous hotel guests, causing a bleeding injury. The room was not properly cleaned — the bathroom floor was dirty, the bed had stains, and there was water damage on the wall. I was also charged for a complimentary buffet breakfast for the hotel room issues and injury, which I never received or consumed. I’ve lodged a formal complaint and am awaiting a resolution. I’d advise caution when booking here. Do not waste your money.

Great location, easy walk to trams, buses or trains. Lovely rooms and wonderful breakfast.

Perfectly good mid price hotel. Good location, room fine, price good. But let down by three things - (1) very poor WiFi, hard even to access email or read newspaper website, not good enough to support video streaming; (2) limited TV channels, only local free to air, no cable, so little choice of viewing, (3) noisy air conditioning which could not be switched off.

very good hotel, easy check in, nice room, everything you need and reasonable cost. One restaurant on site, limited asian foods available, but good happy hour. Not really close to anything, but about 10 min walk to nearest train station. Would probably stay closer to downtown if in Sydney again, but having said that its only about $12 for an Uber

Friendly staff and great room! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. There were some towels missing in the bathroom upon arrival, but the issue was quickly resolved after a call to reception. Overall, a pleasant experience!
