직원들이 매우 친절하고 객실은 안락했습니다

위치 괜찮았구요. 타올을 2명인데 2개 밖에 주지 않은 점이 같은 수준의 호텔에 비해 부족하였습니다. 그 외에는 IBIS 다웠습니다.

여동생과 첫 해외여행이었는데 숙소도 깔끔하고, 직원분들도 친절하셔서 좋았어요. 시드니 첫 숙소였는데 실패 없이 나쁘지 않고 좋았습니다. 배달도 시켜먹었어요. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

좋은 위치, 깨끗한 컨디션, 저렴한 가격 완벽했습니다! 다만 취사불가가 유일한단점이에요!

My reservation was for two twin beds. But they gave me a room with a king-size bed. So I had to change the room. The phone in the room could not reach the front desk, even I reported the problem. The heater was not working properly, so that they gave me a small heater. Dust was accumulated around the air duct. Other than these, all ok.

The room was showing some signs of wear, but was otherwise clean and comfortable. The location is great and close to landmarks, food, subway and buses.

Breakfast was great value and the location suitable.

Absolutely love the hotel and the location! I would stay there again!! chicken, and check out was the fastest I’ve ever had in my entire life!!! the restaurant has some great food and drinks! Very well priced.

Stayed here for 7 days and I will not stay here again. - On one morning, the alarm bell rang at 5am. Then again at 7am. They were both false alarms, just disturbing our sleep for no reason. - The housekeeping service is awful. My room wasn't even vacuumed once. On one day, the housekeeper didn't give me any towels. I had to go down to reception to get some, and I was told that they were out of floor towels, so I was just given a normal towel to use on the floor. Also, the shampoo bottle was empty and wasn't topped up once. I guess that is what you get for a cheaper hotel. Don't stay here if you're gonna stay for more than two nights. Stay at Castlereagh Boutique Hotel, which costs slightly more but at least their housekeeping service is great. And they don't have fire alarms that ring at 5am for no reason.

Kiosk check-in is somewhat impersonal - not what I would expect from a "hospitality" firm especially Accor. That said - it was efficient and when I had a problem with the room, the human element to sort out the problem was very efficient and issue well handled.

There was little literature in room. About what was available in room and service. No details of connecting to the internet by wireless. No tourism info or local eats. Calendar of events in town. Also no hair conditioner or after shower skin balm available. Limited standard tea bags in room. also expected to see microwave?
