Good room - value

Centrally located, restaurant services and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very good and efficient.

Hotel was great, walking distance from the port and the Opera house.

The basic necessities for a hotel guests is provided! Only we have issue with the wifi but we have data connection so it’s all good! Overall it was a nice stay!

Very good value

Good location, great staff, love the lounge and bar area, buffet breakfast was excellent. Only downer was the adjoining room, not sound proof at all and could hear most what was going on in the next room. Other than that, the hotel was great and good value.

Great stay

Room was spacious with a huge bathroom. Stayed in 301 so not sure if this is standard. Next to a slightly busy road but didn't hear any traffic. Block out curtains worked a treat..very dark, which I appreciate. Handy location. Short walk from Museum Station. Buffet breakfast was delicious with tge scrambled eggs worth a special mention....yum. No complaints at all and hope to have an excuse to stay there again soon.

Fire alarm went off in early hours of the morning which wasn’t good but no fire thankful…, hallway on my level smelt of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant

Stayed in July last year with a friend and had to request different bedding as the sheets had a large yellow pooled stain that looked like urine. Gave the benefit of the doubt then and stayed one night. When I opened the curtains upin arrival, the made bad had faint yellow stains on the bedding. Upon arrival, lined up for quite a while onky to be asked to check in via the kiosk. The signage indicated this was only if booked directly through the hotel, which I didn't. I had left my suitcase there earlier that morning ahead of the 2pm check in and advised I didn't want to have to line up again to get my ticket. I checked myself in and then had to line up again. I was told to collect my bag from the storage room only to find, it wasn't in the room and was by the reception desk. An all round lousy experience. I travel frequently for work and leisure and woukd not recommend staying here.
