I arrived early before check-in time and the staff was very willing to let me check in early. The receptionist also suggested places to visit and eat, they were always smiling and approachable.

The hotel is close to the center, near the train station, convenient to move to attractions and shopping. Receptionist enthusiastic support, happy room is a bit small, soundproof is not very good... microwave, hair dryer, iron, salon, television... In general, the room is suitable for the price.

The room was very clean, and the staff did a great job cleaning the room. The location was great, just a short walk to Museum station. We enjoyed our stay, and we would certainly stay again when we next are in Sydney.

The room was average - very clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. But....There were no power points accessible from the bed without moving it. The air conditioning was very loud. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Value for the price.

The staff were excellent very helpful. My complaint though is the lack of outdoor space. I am a smoker and I felt it was very poor not to have a designated smoking space where I could sit and feel safe. I couldn’t relax standing on the footpath having a cigarette, and no ashtray. Also I mentioned to staff that I hurt my toe ( possibly broken, can provide photos) by falling off of a runaway bed. No response to this.

The room was clean and large! When we checked in there were only two single bed rooms available for my partner and I, but while we were out for the afternoon the staff actually came in to change to a king bed for us. We were very happy with the service! Would stay again!
