3 persons staying but always provide only 2 sets of towels. Stayed 5 nights but need to request 4 nights . Toilet bowl not cleaned. Wifi very weak. Keep cutting off. No more staying unless improvement

Clean rooms, daily housekeeping and very close to the center , park and train stations.

Værelset var lidt småt til 3 personer. Vaskeriet virkede desværre ikke. Lokationen var helt perfekt. Rengøringen kunne forbedres.

The room was clean and large! When we checked in there were only two single bed rooms available for my partner and I, but while we were out for the afternoon the staff actually came in to change to a king bed for us. We were very happy with the service! Would stay again!

Rooms fine. Room keys didn’t work first time and we rode the lifts for a while trying to work it out until we then returned to redo the keys. Don’t like having to self check in and enter details- with kids and many others waiting plus slow data entry it would be quicker to have the person helping to do the data entry. Also there are privacy concerns with having to enter details in full view of other guests waiting.

A wonderful hotel to stay at and rooms lovely. Bed comfortable, breakfast super to start day. Location also fantastic. Staff excellent and cannot thank Manager Kevin enough. Highly recommend here to stay at.

It’s not located in the thick of touristy area, yet only a hop and a skip away. Customer service at check in was extraordinary (I had none of my toiletries and they supplied me with all). The girl that took care of me was friendly, warm, helpful, and efficient. To experience this combination is a rarity in Sydney. The restaurant was the same with the food reasonably priced and good. The room was impeccable. Had a little fridge, iron, hair dryer, cutlery, etc. Not much of a view but I was there to rest. I have been in other Ibis around the world and all were okay but this one turned me into a fan. Good value for the money for sure.

All in all a very pleasant stay. A special shout out to Candela on reception who went above and beyond in her assistance which was very much appreciated.

I could not sleep because I could hear everything in the neighbors room very poor isolation of the room there was a fire alarm on at 3 am that was a wrong warning
