Parking was fine once I worked it out. Some more signage to help find a particular room would help There were no kitchen facilities. It was good to find utensils. The milk in the refrigerator (small packs) was pas its prime.

Impossible to find this place under the Best Western trade name. Google Maps and Apple Maps have not been updated. Challenging on a cold and foggy Canberra night. Receptionist was lovely, but the ice machine was broken and everything looked like it could do with a good clean and a coat of paint. Room was large and comfortable.

If the air-conditioning was set on high it stank like off curry. They claim housekeeping comes every day during the week. Beds were never made, and only had fresh towels thrown on the unmade bed on 2 occasions during our 4 night stay. With the bins not even taken out on the first day.

Great location, easily accessed. Plenty of parking and front guest check in staff was very polite, efficient and courteous. Room 110 has ants in air con and front door takes a really big shove to get it to stay closed. And the constant dripping tap in vanity drove us insane, not to mention the amount of wasted water .

The shower was the worst - The water temperature had no consistency, it was just going between hot and cold non-stop. One of the bed covers had what looked like a cigarette burn in it And I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Other than that, the place was fine, room was very dark which we appreciated, it was clean enough too.
