We really like the layout of the apartment. There is lots of space to settle in and feel like home away from home. But the couch in our apartment was lumpy, very uncomfortable. We were only serviced twice during the week, we accept there were public holidays in there but we had rubbish in our bins for 3 days.

Quiet, Comfy, Convenient, had everything I needed. Thank you.

Friendly staff, great location and secure parking. Clean sheets, but room 208 smelt like someone had been smoking in there for days. Shower pressure didn't work, the pipes kept screaming and the water would stop and start. I thought it might be a late night thing, but same occurred in the morning. They were booked up otherwise would have asked for room change.

For short term is good.

I had a good stay, will look at again for my next stay in Canberra

Parking was great underground, lift to room excellent

our main concerns were that the indoor heated pool was very cold and as a way of getting the kids out as there lips were blue was to have a spa in the room and it didn't work at all. Also the lounge was just terribly worn out and uncomfortable.

5 night stay. House keeping was complete 2 nights. No coffee or milk night 3. No beds made nights 4 and 5. No fresh towels or coffee night 5

Decieving!!! Online pictures are nothing compared to what you get. Absolutely shocking. Pool is in the underground car park. Feels like your in a dungeon and soooo old and out dated. looks nothing like the photos . got locked in the bathroom as the bathroom doors are so old . When we contacted the reception they said theres a metal skewer in the kitchen drawer to use that. How unsafe !! The beds are so old you feel the springs in your back. No warm blankets in the cupboard. The room smell of mould . The hotel overall is over 20 years old and they used the photo's when it was first built . Fridge makes loud noise all night . The microwave is sonething that should be in a museum. The couch is actually broken 🙃 DO NOT STAY HERE !! I do not recommend

The apartment was as pictured, spacious and clean. Check-In was a breeze and the courtyard area is beautiful. Located near parks and only a short drive to the city!

Nice 1 bedroom apartment. Clean and comfortable. Handy to shopping and eateries. Definitely recommend. Will definitely stay again.

we had 3 pleasant nights’ stay there. It’s in a quiet location with easy access to all the town, with a car. The reception was excellently friendly and helpful. Good value compared to others!

Staff where very good and helping with information where to visit. I guess the main downfall was the bed.

Liked the desert garden. Good parking.

Twice contacted Canberra Parklands Central with feedback and asked for acknowledgement but received no response.

Good location and the rooms are nice and quiet.

The check in gentlemen was exceptional thats where the exceptional level ended. Its badly in need of new furniture ,beds, and renovation although cleaned well by the staff its not a go to stay. Affordable by Canberra standards it could be great if investment was made in renovation

Room was cold but comfy with air conditioning on. Nice king bed but sure could use warmer bedding. Bathroom clean and tidy but the shower very small. Should an upgrade be considered in the future increase the shower space and loose the triangular bathtub.

Great hidden gem- kids loves the pool!

Warm and efficient welcome; I was early and they sent a message when my room was ready. Spacious living room with useful kitchen. Easy walk to the Dickson shops and restaurants and to Australian Catholic University.
