Only thing need to work/ upgarde on shower/tub. Plus milk was left in freezer not in fridge, hence was of no use when needed.

Good hotel for the location and price.

Fantastic room, clean, lots of room, nice bathroom, large shower, great offering of snacks and tea, the grounds were nice too.

I liked the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Tired and run down, curtains were broken and the floor was disgusting. It is not advertised enough that the restaurant and bar is not actually apart of checkers and you have to walk over to a separate hotel to get to it.

Needs an update. Old and tired. Splatter marks ?Vomit on the torn curtains, food scraps in drawer next to bed.

Staff - What staff? The room was in good condition and shower was fabulous. As for amenities the pool area had mostly been maintained but the surrounding vegetation and nook fountain needed TLC. Only spending one night on a Friday night it was disappointing not to have Dinner on site and an option to have breakfast to your room. As for coming back after a business dinner It would have been nice to have had a drink at the bar before retiring. This so called resort that has so much potential is sadly lacking in customer experience. I would not be in a rush to recommend your accommodation unless purely for an over night stay before moving on. Advertising a conference center how long since this has happened? You have a potential for end of year work parties with a difference. With restaurant set up and bar. And accommodation to boot.

The room was lovely and the area is obviously being tidied up.

Really liked the large room and very comfortable bed. Also, pretty quiet and at a decent price.

This property has aged and needs work, bathrooms had mold and soap scum, paint was peeling off the ceiling in my room, they recommended going to the Palms for dinner next door, its expensive and the meal sizes are very small.

Everything you need for a short stay.

The bar contained 4 empty glasses. No ice and no water. Only 1 shower cap to share among 3 people.

The room was basic and felt quite tired but comfortable enough for a short stay. Unfortunately, there was just a door lock but no latch/security chain which made me uncomfortable as a woman staying on my own. However, the location was great! Short drive to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Overall, I guess you pay for what you get.

We had an excellent one night stay on Friday night. The check-in was efficient, the room was clean. The mattress could do with sn upgrade and the bathroom basin was not fixed to the vanity. Apparently there are plans for a redevelopment which we would welcome

Everything must be improved for the price is paid for!!! Room old, dirty, outdated… reception without receptionist most of the time, terrible communication.

I have stayed here many times, but honestly they need a full time gardening and definitely get the spa fixed always broken. Nice staff but overall needs to be maintained with the gardens and pool area
