What Guests Say About Their Stay

I stayed at Citadines St George Terrace with my son over the holidays. The best thing about this place is definitely the location. It's right in the middle of Perth, so we could walk to Bus Station, Elizabeth Quay, Kings Park, and all the shopping areas. This made exploring the city super convenient. If you're here to explore the city, you can't beat it. The room was also quite large, which was great since I was traveling with kids. The kitchenette was useful for making quick breakfasts before heading out. All in all, Citadines is a solid choice if you're looking for a convenient place to sleep while exploring Perth.

Room was okay and was close to where I had to work. However, for the price charged for the room, there are much better hotels nearby. I would not stay here again.

Housekeeping could be improved through regular monitoring of shower wall mounted dispenser refills, toilet papers, and overall washroom cleanliness. Older building in downtown, but spacious room with kitchen facilities. Washer/dryer facility was useful.

Room was ok. But there is a lack of facilities though. No restaurant, no gym, not even a proper lobby, need to climb down stairs with our luggage to get to road level.

Large, clean well equipped room, staff on arrival were friendly. Hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and Elizabeth Quay. Overall the hotel is very dated, entrance to the hotel is really off putting, it’s dirty and grubby. For a 1 night stay it was fine but not a hotel we would want to spend time in, as always you get what you pay for.

Over all happy with this short stay, the room was lovely with lots of storage, and small fridge/ kitchenette that worked well and a decent sized bathroom with a bath. The only con with our stay was actually the bed, while it was sized well it was a little uncomfortable It felt like we were laying on a jelly stack. Every move from the other person was felt and the bed was on wheels with no locks so the bed felt like it was rolling away with every turn.
