Can't say anything bad, stayed only for one night but everything and everyone was exceptional.

Excellent services

It was a smooth check in at first, the receptionist immediately provided us a room and we were able to quickly settle ourselves until we're about to sleep. I was trying to set the room temperature down to something like 18 or 20 degrees, but it's stuck to 24(feels like 30). My husband also tried but failed as well. We called for help and the maintenance guy came, he tried to fix it but failed. He said he will tell the receptionist. I was hoping the receptionist would provide something to ease the inconvinence but nothing was offered. I just asked for a THIN blanket and was given or provided with a THICK blanket. It was so dissapointing given that it is a 4-star hotel I could've just booked other hotels around but specifically chose Crowne Plaza due to its name and years of providing hospitality service. We endured the hotness of the room the whole night perspiring we even removed the insides of the comforter just to have that thin blanket, I tried to sleep at 11pm thinking this will just pass, and woke up at 4am sweating, and wasn't able to get back to sleep, so as my partner and kids, we just decided to wait for 3hrs until 7am for brekky. We were happy with the food yes, it was great, but the room was terrible.

The facilities are slightly below expectations. The door lock chain is simply missing, and therefore, that extra layer of security was non-existent. In addition, the wash basin's drain is jammed, so water would only go away very slowly. A little bit inconvenient and at risk of spilling the water, but no big deal. Finally, no drinking water was provided for the 2nd night of our stay. I had to ask the reception for it and was told that it was not normal. Thankfully, it was rectified quickly. Overall, the quality of facilities and services is not on par with other Crowne Plazas that I have visited, including in Dubai and Glasgow. Staff were nice and helpful, though.

We’ve stayed here previously and were somewhat disappointed with this visit. Training staff on the front desk who charged us twice and didn’t rekey us when we extended our stay. Breakfast was a shambles. No matter what time it was hard to get a table, there weren’t enough staff to clear and reset tables and keep the buffet topped up. It also would be nice if the bistro was open for dinner Fri-Sat

Property was great and location convenient. Front office staff lacked knowledge of transportation for special events and bar/ restaurant not open in the afternoon.

Room is big and clean. Very quiet in the evening. But didn't have my IHG member recorded as the lady in reception said she will do so.

Friendly staff, nice room, but the pillows are too soft for me.
