Nice friendly staff. Small room, nice and quiet. newly renovated full kitchen and bathroom. Bed a little hard for me.

Very friendly staff and quick check in and out. Cabin clean well set out and comfortable beds.

Stayed here not long ago . I came back coz the staff and service here are great. The grounds are great and the rooms are very clean . Definitely stay again .

Bed needs changing. Small shelf next to bed would help, larger table and 1 comfortable chair

Great cabin with all amenities. Loved the secure parking and entrance. Easy check-in and departure at any time. Was close to a friend's place so was perfect. Kitchen facilities were excellent.

German cockroaches in kitchen drawers

King bed was very comfortable. Kids loved the bunks. Wifi was unavailable inside the cabin but the kids needed a screen break anyway. My only complaint was the lighting which was cold white and very austere. A couple of mood lights would be nice ie a reading lamp in the lounge. My bedside lamp wouldn’t work.

This place is amazing . Very well set up . Great amenities. Nice pool.staff are fantastic . We stayed in a cabin and it was great. Wouldve been better if it had a table and chair inside to eat meals but the outside furniture did ok. Lucky it wasnt to cold 😁 will definitely stay here again

There was a very strong smell of dead mice coming from the bathroom, there were pest baits left out in the bathroom during our stay. We woke up to mice faeces on some of our belongings. The door lock was not secure as it blew open twice during the night and had to have a chair propped against it to try and prevent it from happening again. It did not feel safe or secure for our 2 young children and us. There was a lot of noise very close by from the outside of the park. When we rang the next morning to complain the customer service was very poor and they refused a refund and denied any of what we said to be true and were told there was no evidence of this being the case. We had checked out early so were unable to be there with them to tell them what was wrong and they just flat out denied it and were very rude. Alot of money for a one night stay considering we had just stayed in Adelaide in a nice suburb with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and lovely accommodating hosts for not much more money. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

Happy friendly staff. Road noise was a little more than expected but can’t do much about road trains.

I like the fact that we were up graded to a motel room at no extra cost as the parking for a cabin was a bit of a walk away thank you
