Clean, helpful staff, nice location near beach. Beds could be better.

It is good than expected

Very clean amenities and the bird feeding each afternoon was added attraction. Washing machines need updating as only one working at time we were there.

Was a nice place to stay, beds weren’t cleaned properly, shower ran out of hot water,

The ceiling fans were filled with dust and the beds weren’t made and a bit uncomfortable

The property was lovely. Tennis courts, basketball and volleyball. Nice heated spa and lovely clean pool. The park was quiet with lots of wildlife living on the grounds. A short walk to the beach where we watched the sunrise most mornings. Our cabin was adequate. A couple of issues with cleaning that were immediately fixed when we brought it to staff’s attention. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, like sleeping on concrete. And the couch had a lot of stains on it. A little disappointed there was no soap etc in the room and we had to go buy some soap to wash our hands with. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Family friendly. No frills. Very basic. Clean. Nice BBQ AREA! Great clean pool for the kids.

Kids loved seeing the kangaroos and birds

No staff seen since we been in cabin, no towels changed, no rubish taken ..

Nice pool area, easy access to beach

The rooms in the cabin were appalling. The beds were not made, the bed mattress protectors were covered in urine stains. The surfaces in the kitchen were dirty and unusable. We chose not to stay and forfeited the monies paid as there was no- one in reception to advise Probably the worst accommodation I have ever had the privilege of witnessing We stayed in another serviced apartment in Coffs Harbour which was clean and cost effective. As a result of that we will stay at that alternative again in the future and never at Lorikeet.

Booked for 5 people. Only received towels and bedding for 4 people. Couldn’t access tennis racquets from office over the weekend

Area peaceful, away from busy road. Cute kangaroos. Room is comfortable and ample space.

We had an easy check in even tho the office was shut. Clean rooms and nice facilities.

Extremely disappointing stay. The Wi-Fi was horrendous and there was virtually no mobile service. The accommodation itself was dirty, very dated, and poorly maintained — fixtures were falling apart, furniture was damaged and stained, and almost everything showed signs of wear and water damage. There was even outdoor furniture placed in the living room. We seriously considered continuing the remaining six-hour drive back to Sydney. In the end, we tried to get some sleep but checked out at 2:30 am because it was unbearable. It’s frustrating to see so much money spent on security for the complex when the accommodation itself is in such poor condition. Investment should be directed toward improving the actual rooms and facilities.
