Es handelt sich hier um eine Art Caravan Park mit fixierten Bungalows. Die Parkanlage an sich ist geteilt in Touristenverietung und Langzeitbewohnern (50+ Residency), es gibt einen kleinen Pool, einen See mit Seerosen und Wasseragamen, im Park beheimateten Kängurus (die durchaus gestresst wirken) und Zugang zu einem wunderschönen Strand (Weg ca 1km aber leicht und fußläufig zu erreichen). Problem war hier der Zustand der Hütten. Alles war alt, abgeranzt, rissig, fleckig und sehr ungepflegt. Auch die Sauberkeit war maximal mangelhaft. Diese Anwesen benötigen dringend eine Genralüberholung (Komplettsanierung). Für den Preis einfach unglaublich schlecht. Die Betten durchgelegen, stinkend (muffig) und bis zu den Federn durch. Man fällt eigentlich in ein unbequemes Loch. Küchenzeile so eklig, dass man nicht mal etwas abstellen möchte. Eine Rezeption war zwar vor Ort aber nie besetzt. Slbst für eine einzige Nacht eigentlich schrechlich.

We had an easy check in even tho the office was shut. Clean rooms and nice facilities.

Extremely disappointing stay. The Wi-Fi was horrendous and there was virtually no mobile service. The accommodation itself was dirty, very dated, and poorly maintained — fixtures were falling apart, furniture was damaged and stained, and almost everything showed signs of wear and water damage. There was even outdoor furniture placed in the living room. We seriously considered continuing the remaining six-hour drive back to Sydney. In the end, we tried to get some sleep but checked out at 2:30 am because it was unbearable. It’s frustrating to see so much money spent on security for the complex when the accommodation itself is in such poor condition. Investment should be directed toward improving the actual rooms and facilities.

The room is was

The cabin was wonderful. However, it needs some TLC (broken blinds) and a good clean. Behind the toilet in the bathroom, the rubbish bin & microwave were filthy. Cigarette butt and cobwebs on the back deck and bits of rubbish around the yard. Apart from that the environment and surroundings were awesome, so was the pool - so sun lounges would make it perfect - nowhere to lie down and sun bake.

Self check in was smooth and stay was nice and clean.

Excellent room however WIFI is disappointed. Not working at all. To make it worse, there is no mobile data because of its location. I was cut off from the civilization for one night. Otherwise it is good and recommended.

Great space. Great position

Rooms were spacious. We liked the direct access to the beach. The kids also had fun spotting kangaroos.

Lovely environment

The cabin we stayed in had mould on doors and in the bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and cracked and overall not very clean

Did not have any contact with staff during our stay. The cabin needs rejuvenating, and the matress in bedroom one was uncomfortable.

Easy to find facilities were great nice and quiet. So much wildlife

There was a bag of dirty linen and a rubbish bag (full) on our deck when we arrived, and it was not removed by the time we left the next day. The facilities were acceptable, however none of the bunk beds were made up. The sheets on the double bed had a few dirt marks on them.

Blood stain on doona. Had to make 3 beds upon arrival even though they were informed 5 people staying. Mold in bathroom shower door/roof and peeling paint. Old run down facilities. Lovely staff on the phone and super easy late check in but thats where the good stops. Never again.

Nice stay. Very quiet, Nature aspect was wonderful would have liked to stay longer than one night.

No internet access, limited phone reception, mould on blinds, aircon and ceiling. Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids one being under 1 no cot supplied had to race to Coffs Harbour big w to buy one after checking the booking which stated a cot would be supplied

Easy checkin, clean room

The cabin was in need of some repairs- the floor tiles in the bathroom were broken, not 1, not 2 but many. The silicon around windows etc was dirty/mouldy. The blind in the kitchen needed a good clean. The air con was not sufficient to keep the cabin warm overnight.

Overall a really great stay and lots of space in our cabin.
